    The authority to administer justice in a clear and efficient is exercised by the judicial function and by the local administrators of justice as well as stipulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in this Art 167; this authority is based on the constitutional principles, which preserving a correct act in the judicial development for that justice is issued in a transparent and timely way without undermining the equality of the and the citizens. These constitutional principles and elements are reflected throughout the judicial proceedings, be considered as a priority of due process, which is one of the most important as it contributes with an efficient administration of justice, accessible, that lacks obstacles or barriers that involve a breach in the judicial guardianship undue and judicial protection. To apply the constitutional principles and the good faith of both lawyers in free professional exercise included in a timely fashion and manifest preserving the interest of users who come to the judicial body in search of solutions to the current problems and to help maintain their rights ex officio, otherwise if you do not use these principles in which make daily would result in lost judicial of these rights in the administration of justice. In addition to the legal system in actual possession is rooted in the confidence that has the Ecuadorian society in the legal system, the correct application of the Constitution, the law (Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Notarial Law and the Future The General Code of Procedure), and the universal procedural compliance with the principle of due process, within the estate, which regulates the heritage as the engine of social and economic development, with death the person who ceases to exist.
