    To study the family is always a complex challenge for the characterization and particularities that each one of them can have, it is enriching and very useful when you know them which results in a complex cluster of actions and reactions when it's about knowing the effects as a cause of their coexistence or the actions that support or affect the growth and development of its members personally or in their social relationships. The autonomy of each familiar system has the benefit of being selfregulating and therefore each member of the family have their own roles and limits to fulfill in search of the compliance of the collective objectives at home knowing that if one of them does not look or if one of them had looked but it does not fulfill, the system may suffer consequences that may affect their members individually or as a group, whatever the result is it does not matter if there is involvement and affect, however there is damage to correct

    La vida familiar y su relación con la vida laboral de los trabajadores de mano de obra directa de la planta de producción de calzado escolar de la empresa Plasticaucho Industrial del Cantón Ambato

    Family and work are the main aspects where the people´s life is developing, the correlation between both, especially of the work into the family, has been extensively study by many authors. However, many times the influence of family into work is setting aside forgetting that it is important, too. The present investigation is precisely focus on the influence of the family life (the relation into subsystems, rules and roles) on the labor life, with emphasis in the attended to work and labor development of the workers. The compiled data show, among other things, conjugal problems specially generated by an unstable economic situation in the family, in consequence of that, there are a high percentage of absences and a regular labor improvement. In view of this situation, it is proposed the development of a program divided in two phases, the first one is focused on social intervention with groups with some workers and their couples, who will be capacitated in key aspects of family. The second phase consists on the capacitated couples will answer back the learned abilities to other workers with their wife or husband by the methodology of experiential workshops, at the same time workshops with others workers about personal and familiar economy will be developed.
