    The present project arises in response to the need to initiate a process of improvement and automation of the turn generation and service process at EP-EMAPA-A, currently carried out manually, inefficiently, and ineffectively, leading to limitations for both clients and workers. The purpose of this research was to implement a centralized application for managing and attending to turns in the company's branches. In this context, data collection techniques such as interviews and surveys were used to identify the needs and requirements for project development. The RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology was employed to achieve constant client feedback. SQL Server was used as the database management system, and React JS was employed for the application development. The TAM and UTAUT models were utilized to assess the acceptance and adoption of the application. This proposal optimized the generation, allocation, and handling of turns, while also enhancing the reporting process, providing the company with comprehensive information. Additionally, it opened the possibility of exploring the implementation of a decision support system to improve analysis and decision-making processes.

    The efficient management of administrative and educational processes is crucial for the development of fiscomisional institutions, ensuring an optimal educational environment aligned with current demands. This report focuses on the implementation of a comprehensive management system at the "Fray Bartolomé de las Casas" institution. To achieve this objective, an investigation of administrative, educational, and informational processes was conducted through interviews and surveys. This analysis revealed 11 processes that required intervention. The resolution of these processes was achieved through a analysis of requirements and functionalities, opting for the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach supported by Angular and the VS Code IDE. This approach allowed flexibility in incorporating prototypes, agile changes, and efficient reuse of code and components. Angular stood out for its reusability and adaptability to changes, while VS Code, with its extensive extensions, provided effective guidance for development, facilitating quick error correction. The implementation of security policies was prioritized to strengthen the robustness of the developing software, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information. The result was software with 100% acceptance, highlighting its user-friendliness and utility. This implementation represents a significant step towards the modernization and strengthening of educational and administrative processes in the institution. Overall, this project not only addresses the current needs of the institution but also lays the foundation for more appropriate and adaptive management in the future.

    The management of the academic portfolio is currently done manually by the secretaries of the School of Systems, Electronics and Industrial Engineering, who are in charge of the degree process. This method presents several problems, such as the loss of documents, significant delays and difficulties in accessing the information necessary to carry out this process. The main purpose of this research has been to propose a system that can manage the academic portfolio in order to simplify this procedure for the secretaries, who have been performing this task manually for years. In this context, data collection techniques, such as interviews and surveys, were used to identify the problems and possible solutions that can be applied to the identified process. Similarly, the proposed surveys helped to gather the requirements that will be the pillars on which this system will be implemented. In the development process, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology was used, which focuses on rapid development, giving more emphasis to the development tasks than to the planning itself. It focuses on developing software in a short time through iterative prototypes that are reviewed and refined in collaboration with end users. For the software development process, MySQL was used as database manager and vue.js for the development of the web application. Using the TAM model, it was determined that 82% of the participants were satisfied with the usability and ease of use of the system

    Aplicación web con tecnología de realidad aumentada para fomentar el turismo cultural en el museo de la Unidad Educativa Bolívar

    Currently, several organizations are seeking to capture people's interest through the use of new technologies. This is the case of museums that seek to attract more visitors and provide them with a better experience. This project seeks a way to promote cultural tourism in museums by proposing a web application that uses augmented reality. Thus, surveys were conducted to find out the interest of visitors in this technology. In addition, the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology was used for the development of the application, which allows a close contact with the client and a quick delivery of the product. Express.js and React.js were used as development tools along with the MySQL relational database manager. Also, Model Viewer was used to apply Augmented Reality and the photogrammetry technique to model's 3D the museum's exhibits. This resulted in an application that allows to manage the museum exhibits and, in turn, feeds the visible page for visitors, who can see technical information about each exhibit, as well as a 3D model of it.

    For the adoption of animals, documents are collected manually causing loss of information and difficulties in accessing records. The purpose of this research project was to propose the implementation of a mobile application for the adoption of rescued pets. In this context, data collection techniques such as surveys and interviews were used to identify the problems of the shelter in this process and also to gather the requirements for the development of the application. The growing awareness of animal welfare and the need to facilitate efficient adoption processes highlights the importance of this initiative. The methodology applied is based on the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, taking advantage of the flexibility and speed offered by this method to adapt to the changing needs of the project. The use of the Firebase platform as a database provides a secure and scalable structure to manage information related to pets and adopters. The main line of research is framed within Software Development, with an emphasis on creating practical and efficient solutions to concrete problems. The mobile application developed with React Native technology represents an innovation in the field of rescued animal adoption management, providing an intuitive and accessible interface for both shelter staff and prospective adopters.
