Esp.
Introduction: Staphylococcus aureus is a Gram positive, nosocomial pathogen. MRSA is associated with resistance to multiple antibiotics, which makes its control and treatment difficult, being located in the nostrils of healthy people, in health personnel for being in direct contact with patients. Objective: The presence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was identified from cultures of nasal samples using the Slidex MRSA Technique from healthy carrier patients. Methodology: The present development project is quasi-experimental and crosssectional, since a study was carried out where the identification of MRSA is sought, using the Slidex mrsa technique. In which the percentage of patients who are healthy carriers of resistant microorganisms will be determined. Results: Of the 36 participants, 35 cultures were obtained with bacterial growth in Blood Agar, which represents 97.2%, of this percentage 97.1% were Gram positive arranged in a Staphtype cluster, while 2.9% were Gram negative. The work was only developed with gram positives which were planted in Mannitol Agar to continue with the study, of the 34 cultures planted 6 were mannitol positive representing 17.6%, of all the mannitol positive microorganisms 100% were coagulase positive and For the identification of Mrsa, the traditional procedure was used: sensitivity to Oxacillin by the disc diffusion method, to which 5 samples presented resistance, which represented 83% of the microorganisms that were coagulase positive. These same microorganisms were processed with the Slidex Mrsa Technique and we observed that 100% presented agglutination, allowing the detection of methicillin resistance. Conclusion: The Slidex MRSA rapid identification technique, when compared with traditional identification methods such as oxacillin resistance, allowed to achieve even better results and faster

The Sanitary Regulations for the certification of Health Establishments of the National Health System as mother and child friendly is an implementation given in Ecuador as an adaptation of the WHO and UNICEF Child Friendly Hospital Initiative that seeks protection, support and encouragement of breastfeeding (1). Goal. Analyze the level of knowledge that health and administrative personnel have about Breastfeeding as an indicator of the ESAMYN Regulations. People/Material and Method. This research has a quantitative, quasi experimental, prospective, descriptive, cross-sectional approach (2). The research was carried out on the health and administrative staff of the Ambato General Teaching Hospital - Ecuador. The population is 258 and the sample is 155 with a confidence level of 95%. The research was carried out in three stages, the first one was to evaluate the level of knowledge, followed by the education of the ESAMyN Regulations and finally the acquired knowledge was reevaluated. The research process was carried out digitally. Results. The level of knowledge of the population (stage 1) of the ESAMyN Regulations was determined, reflecting 79,6% (n=155). The training was carried out virtually for HGDA staff (n=155) (stage 2). The level of knowledge (n=155) was reassessed (stage 3), managing to increase knowledge of the ESAMyN regulations to 94.8%. Discussion. The 155 Health members of the General Hospital who were evaluated, trained and reassessed about breastfeeding as an indicator of the ESAMyN Regulations in their first stay indicate that 79.6% do know the ESAMyN regulations, but not having been trained. The following results are obtained; the main stimulus for milk production is the child's suction, which corresponds to 25.81%, adequate nutrition corresponds to 10,97% and 7,74% responded that increased fluid intake and stimulation of the breasts and the child's sucking improves milk production, question 6 the right time to cut the umbilical cord is to wait until the cord stops beating before in 62,6%, wait at least 2 minutes in 21.9%. After the training, the health personnel increased their perception, going from 7,74% of little importance to 21.29% after the training, about moderately important, a step from 32.26% to 36.13% was evident, and about the perception of very important, a step from 46,45% to 56.13% is evident. Conclusions. The level of knowledge of the ESAMyN Regulations is low (79,6%), it rose thanks to the training (94,8%), the dissemination of the guidelines of the ESAMyN Regulations must be constant so that the HGDA staff knows the regulations in a clear and efficient way will be able to provide better quality care and warmth.

(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2021-09-01) Álvarez Córdova, Verónica Maribel Md.; Flores Hernández, Verónica Fernanda Ps. Cl. Mg.
The purpose of this research work is established to meet the need to generate a prevention strategy for the reduction of cardiovascular risk in health personnel with diagnosed burnout syndrome. The objective is to achieve a method to minimize the cardiovascular risk factors of health personnel who present burnout through a process based on six phases with the respective analysis after its development. It is worth mentioning that there are few studies analyzing cardiovascular risk factors in personal health with burnout syndrome. Reason for which, the investigative work proposes a document review that will serve as a basis for the planning of a strategy in relation to the development of the work activities of the health personnel, since it has been detected as an important demonstration in the generation of labor stress for several years. Needs that require changes in healthy habits, but not considering them, could affect various levels and sub-levels of health. The proposal therefore seeks to be a tool within the area of occupational health and promotion, to provide direct assistance for decision-making with the aim of forwarding any health unit to reduce cardiovascular risk and burnout syndrome, through the improvement of working conditions and practices that promote a better lifestyle.

(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Enfermería, 2021-03-01) Vaca Palacios, Diana Patricia; Mayorga Ortiz, Diego Javier Psi.Cli. Mst.
Introduction: The preventive quarantine, due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), has generated excessive fear in society, resulting from the lack of knowledge about the situation that people are facing. One of the most vulnerable groups in this context is health personnel, who are subjected to long hours of work and high levels of stress, which triggers depressive and anxious symptomatology and a decrease in the quality of sleep. Objective: to relate negative emotional states to insomnia in health personnel during the pandemic at Quero Type C Health Center, as well as to determine negative emotional states and to identify the presence of insomnia. Method: a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational research was carried out, with a census sample of 68 members of the health personnel, to whom two instruments were applied: the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) to assess negative emotional states, and the Index Insomnia Severity Test (IIS) for quality of sleep. Results: Among the main results it was possible to show that there is a significant correlation between insomnia and negative emotional states, as well as high percentages in the anxiety variable (41.2%). Conclusions: it is important that the government of each country can assess the impact of the pandemic not only on health personnel but also on the general population, only in this way quality interventions that improve lifestyle can be provided..
