Maestría en Producción y Operaciones Industriales, 2021-01) Pérez Toapanta, Adriano Efraín; Mariño Rivera, Christian JoséThis research work refers to two labor variables involved in industrial activities such as forced postures and productivity of workers in the assembly area of the shoe company, the main topics discussed were, the decrease in the index of diseases professionals due to skeletal muscle disorders and increased worker productivity. The ergonomic aspect was developed as follows; The initial identification of risks through the simplified system NTP 330, the evaluation for forced postures was carried out with the REBA Method as it is an exhaustive analysis with detail from posture to posture, the postural load affects the whole body and the limited number of inappropriate postures and therefore Lastly, controls were implemented at the source, transmission medium and receiver. The productivity analysis was treated as follows, performance assessment and supplements before and after performing the management being by; personal needs, from fatigue, from working standing up, from abnormal posture, lifting weights and use of force, light intensity, air quality, visual tension, auditory tension, mental tension and monotony and physical monotony, with the infallibility of complying legal aspects required in the industrial field. Through this need, the occupational improvement program was successfully implemented, being able to control forced postures at an acceptable level of risk and increased productivity in toe and heel assembly by 10.58 percent, roughing in 5.74 percent, placing glue in 5.74 percent and gluing of plant and upper in 5.88 percent.
