    The footwear company "Liwi Medical" shows significant deficiencies in its management due to outdated quality policies and objectives, as well as the absence of standardization and documentation of its processes. Therefore, a proposal is made to develop a Quality Management System for the manufacture and commercialization of orthopedic footwear based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard. In this research work, through an initial diagnosis of the company, its organizational structure, strategic, operational, and support processes were identified, demonstrating the need to strengthen integration and standardization between them. An evaluation of the organization's current status against the requirements established by the standard was carried out through a checklist based on the standard's requirements, where the company shows a global compliance level of 33%, which evidences significant deficiencies and, in turn, establishes a baseline to develop the Quality Management System in areas that require greater attention and improvement. Through the described methodology, a quality management system manual was developed, establishing fundamental elements such as SWOT analysis, stakeholder matrix, risk and opportunity assessment, quality policy and objectives, management indicators, among other standard requirements. Additionally, the procedure manuals were restructured to ensure process consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    The main objective of this research project is based on outlining a proposal for a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and applied to the planning, organization, management and evaluation of the production processes of the company "PRODU PLASTIC" , with the ultimate goal of optimizing the quality of the production generated in this industrial company; whose current situation in relation precisely to its levels of efficiency and quality presents a very relevant and notorious deficit, by virtue of the fact that in its production process a number of aspects are reflected that must be corrected to achieve the optimization of the quality of the products offered to its different business clients and beneficiaries in general. As well as better meeting the requirements and demands of its internal clients, who seek, among other aspects, to potentiate themselves in the field of training and provision of better tools and technical working conditions. It begins with a current diagnosis of the company, establishing through a checklist compliance with the criteria of ISO 9001: 2015 in the processes involved in the company, which were compared with the main requirements for the Quality Management System. , which help to develop a quality manual, in turn establishes the quality and policy objectives that have a strategic direction in the company, the design of technical documentation of the quality management system is identified, as the matrix of the interested parties , the strategic, operational and support processes with which the process map and structural organization chart are prepared. Finally, procedures and formats of documents necessary to propose and develop its future implementation of the Quality Management System are created, which allows controlling, standardizing and optimizing the production process, at the same time that the quality of the products is perfected.
