    Riesgo por carga mental en el personal de producción de la empresa “Ralomtex” ubicada en la ciudad de Ambato

    Mental workload in the work environment is a determining factor that affects both the well-being of workers and business productivity. This study focuses on analyzing the mental workload in the production personnel of the textile company "RALOMTEX". Using a mixed methodology between a literature review and a detailed field study, recognized tools such as the NASA-TLX method, the ERGOS method and the Cooper-Harper Scale were applied. These tools allowed us to accurately quantify the levels of stress and mental overload in employees, providing a solid basis for the analysis. The results indicate that time demand is the main risk factor, affecting 21.3% of the staff, followed by frustration level with 18.9% and effort with 17.3%. These findings are relevant for female and Overlock workers, who reported high levels of stress and mental fatigue. These critical factors require urgent intervention to improve both workers' mental health and production efficiency. The research concludes with the need to implement a comprehensive risk prevention program adapted to the textile sector, based on NC ISO 10075-2: 2009. This program seeks to mitigate individual and organizational risks, improve the work environment and reduce exposure to psychosocial factors. In addition, the study introduces innovations by integrating contextualized mental workload assessment tools to provide a robust framework for future research and preventive actions.

    Estudio de tiempos y de movimientos para el mejoramiento del proceso de producción en la empresa “Cndetalles y Colores Lavandería”

    In this research project, first of all, a general description of the company is made, continuing with the selection of the service with the best offer by means of an ABC analysis based on the production history of the production department; in addition, the state of the current situation of the production process is presented by means of work tools such as: process maps, work study diagrams and layour of the company that allow understanding the production flow and the areas susceptible to improvement. The methodology for the study of times and movements used starts with the selection of the case study, followed by the calculation of the number of observations based on the General Electric criteria, continuing with the evaluation of the work rhythm with the Westinghouse system and the allocation of supplements according to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), to conclude with the calculation of standard time. Subsequently, we proceed to calculate the production capacity in order to identify the bottleneck, which restricts the production flow, establishing the stone process as one of the main processes to be improved for stone services with 3 handicrafts. The improvement proposal as a first point contemplates determining the standard times that will facilitate production planning and as a second point the elaboration of a procedures manual with the aim of instructing the operators of the appropriate working method for the standardisation of their activities.

    Indicadores clave de desarrollo enfocados al control de inventarios en la industria textil “CM Original”

    Inventories is one of the most important factors that all small and medium textile enterprises must deal with, for this several researchers have developed control methodologies that allow to manage inventory efficiently. However, only few research has focused on the evaluation of the performance of inventory management, because there are several control methodologies applicable in SME's and depending on the characteristics of the company, some may work better than others. In this research project, a model of key development indicators for the evaluation of the inventory management performance of "CM Original", a textile company dedicated to the manufacture of leisure footwear, is carried out. For the structuring of this model, a bibliographic research was carried out using the Fink methodology, obtaining 16 indicators applicable to inventory management of which 7 were selected by weighting factors considering the characteristics and needs of the company, these were applied for the evaluation of the company's management in the last year. The results obtained from the KPI's indicate that the company's inventory management is deficient in all the areas evaluated, since no indicator has satisfactory values according to the acceptable ranges of each one; although thanks to this evaluation model the company knows that it needs to improve its management and has a record that will allow it to verify its evolution in the case of any improvement action being implemented.

    Desarrollo de un sistema de planificación de la producción para la elaboración de telas lycra, algodón y poliéster en una Empresa Textil

    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetivo, reunir y resumir información relacionada con un Sistema de Planificación de la Producción en una empresa textil. El capítulo I, describe y define el tema de investigación a desarrollarse, el planteamiento del problema, su conceptualización, el análisis crítico, la prognosis, la formulación del problema, las preguntas directrices seguido de la delimitación de la investigación a continuación se realiza una justificación del la investigación y los objetivos que persigue este proyecto. El capítulo II, desarrolla todo lo referente al marco teórico, donde se describe los antecedentes investigativos, la fundamentación legal, categorías fundamentales, la hipótesis y determinación de variables de la investigación. El capítulo III, describe la modalidad básica de la investigación, nivel o tipo de investigación, población y muestra, operacionalizacion de variables, plan de recolección de información y plan de procesamiento de la información. En el capítulo IV, se realiza un análisis e interpretación de resultados, que no existe en caso por lo cual se describe los datos importantes para la planificación de la producción en una empresa textil, influencia de políticas y estrategias y la planificación en la elaboración de telas en una empresa textil estos datos se obtuvo de una empresa textil de la provincia de Tungurahua. En el capítulo V, se presentan las conclusiones, recomendaciones acerca de la propuesta.Finalmente, se elabora la propuesta del trabajo de investigación, aquí se describe los datos informativos de una empresa textil, los antecedentes, la justificación, los objetivos, análisis de factibilidad de la propuesta seguido del modelo operativo en donde se describe pasa a paso el desarrollo de un sistema de planificación de la producción para la elaboración de telas en una empresa textil, en este capítulo también se incluye la bibliografía y anexos correspondientes a la propuesta.
