Carrera de Software, 2024-08) Allauca Cajamarca, Yadira Carolina; Fernández Peña, Félix OscarAdministrative processes, when carried out manually, can be challenging. In the pharmaceutical industry, accuracy is essential; thus, processes such as document management using conventional methods are prone to human error, inefficient in information retrieval, and risky in terms of data integrity. This regulated environment requires strict control of records to ensure traceability and transparency. Laboratorio Neo-Fármaco faces these challenges in its commitment to Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices. Currently, the manual process causes repetition of document codes and delays, jeopardizing the integrity of information due to possible uncontrolled alterations, and consuming a lot of time in validation. To address these problems, a web-based document management system is implemented. The research line involved in this work is Information Technology and Control Systems. The project begins with information gathering through technical interviews with all process owners to understand their needs. Subsequently, a requirements analysis is performed using the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 standard. For the design and implementation, tools selected from comparative tables are used. Finally, system testing involves validating compliance with the defined requirements, conducting a survey to measure usability with the SUS, and culminating in a questionnaire where users expressed their perceptions of operational efficiency with the new software in document management. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, 2024-02) Montachana Galarza, Christian Israel; López Arboleda, Jessica PaolaThe study of times and movements is carried out in the credit granting process at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda., with the purpose of optimizing and improving the flexibility of activities and tasks. Through direct observation and a meeting with the agency manager, the current situation and the level of operations achieved in the last months are known. Based on the initial diagnosis, information was gathered and represented in flow charts, SIPOC and flowcharts, which were made possible through field visits to the institution. To obtain the necessary data, time measurements were taken by timing the activities, considering the movements and working conditions of the workers. In the development of the project, shortcomings and the bottleneck that strictly affect the process were identified, and then the standard times of the activities were determined. Through the use of the VSM diagram, the operational flow was examined with the purpose of selecting the Lean Manufacturing tools, thus improving the flexibility in the work flow and the tasks performed by the workers on a daily basis, obtaining an improvement percentage of 48.27% in the process, which is even reflected in the total cost, since it was reduced from $ 176.73 to $ 154.80, thus increasing the profitability of the financial institution. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2023-09) Guerrero Segovia, Jennifer Valeria; Ortiz Sailema, Christian IsmaelThis research project is to standardise the production processes used in the manufacture of footwear in the company KF Barona, for which it was essential to analyse the current state of the company through a survey of information on the processes in which footwear manufacturing procedures, production time and time standards are exhibited, in order to have a global vision, diagrams and a process map were drawn up. With the information gathered through the collection of information by means of time analysis and the valuation of activities that add value, procedure manuals were drawn up for each production area. These documents contain complete, detailed and concise information on the procedures or steps to be followed at each stage of footwear manufacture with the respective persons responsible for each activity. An analysis of the activities that add value was applied, determining which of them are necessary and which are not, establishing criteria for improvement through the elimination, combination or reduction of activities, establishing new standard times for the execution of activities. A strategic plan is developed, which proposes two plans for supporting and improving production, the first is the training plan for incorporating new working methods based on simplification of tasks and production times, optimisation of the work processes, and the creation of a new production process. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, 2023-09) Silva Torres, Javier Alexander; Lema Chicaiza, Freddy RobertoThe development of the project in the company CONFECCIONES RAM JEANS located in the canton Pelileo, allowed the design of an industrial safety management system throughout the productive stage, consisting of 4 areas such as: cutting, making, washing and finishing. Each of the productive activities that the company develops were identified, through flowcharts and process maps, later through a checklist of compliance with legal regulations on occupational safety and health taken from the Ministry of Labor, a compliance of 37 % was obtained in reference to what is established by law, an interview conducted under the NTP 107 standard is also used, collecting information in a qualitative way regarding safety and standards in the company. A survey was also used, determining the knowledge of the workers and the predisposition for the study. In the identification and risk assessment stage, the GTC 45 matrix was used, where 3 main risk levels were determined, the cutting and finishing areas have acceptable risks, while the clothing and washing areas have higher risk levels, highlighting that unacceptable risks occur in the washing area. Finally, the design of the industrial safety management system was carried out under the ISO 45001:2018 standard, where 8 procedures and a manual are documented, where recommendations are specified to reduce risk levels in accordance with Decree 2393 and other current legal regulations, in order to safeguard the work environment where the activities of the company's production process take place. Maestría en Producción y Operaciones Industriales, 2023-01) Chérrez Arroba, Juan Carlos; Morales Perrazo, Luis AlbertoThe lack of an organizational and operational structure, the ignorance of the processes that intervene in the provision of services of the Research, Innovation and Technological Development Workshops - FISEI has been the main cause for not executing the services they offer in a standardized manner. This is how this research aims to establish a process management model for its proper functioning in the development of its activities. For the execution of the present investigation, the PRISMA methodology was used as a search analysis tool and information collection, in this way an appropriate management model was determined for the context of operation of this site, so that through the identification of the processes in the provision of services of the technological workshops, the characterization of these, the design of the flow charts and their procedures, a vertical organizational structure was established due to the scarce personnel that the technological workshops have in order to that the processes and their respective activities are led by an administration and linked to the management and external departments that are part of the process in the provision of services. With this research, an appropriate process management model was established, agile, oriented to continuous improvement and with a standardized structure for its correct operation.
