Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2023-08) Solis Galarza, Jim Alexander; Paredes Robalino, María BelénThe Tecnicentro Automotriz Solis innovated its facilities by acquiring machines and equipment for vehicle maintenance, in order to provide a quality service without setbacks, the need for a technical project was born that is focused on maintenance under failure modal analysis and effects. A list of the machines and equipment in service was made, obtaining information on their condition, brand, year of manufacture and location, thus discovering an updated inventory and at the same time identifying the most used machines and the most prone to fail such as: the four elevators, a hydraulic press, an air compressor, a pedestal drill and a GMAW welder, information was collected such as: its technical characteristics, specifications, main components and an identification code will be completed, thus forming the technical sheets; the maintenance statistic was calculated with the work times from January to December 2022, in the case of elevators the period from October 2022 to May 2023 was used, information provided by the company with which the bathtub curve was obtained; The AMFE and criticality matrix was established, identifying its failure modes, causes, effects and giving ratings from which the most critical were obtained and the percentages of confidence and unreliability were analyzed. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2021-03) Quezada Pedrera, John Manuel; López Velástegui, Jorge EnriqueThe purpose of this technical project is to introduce the philosophy of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), to carry out a maintenance plan with a one-year projection of the most critical machines of the company PLANHOFA CA, based on the application of the 5S, global effectiveness equipment (EGE), autonomous and planned maintenance. The project establishes the necessary formats for maintenance management such as: technical sheets, work order, red card for unnecessary elements, machine inspection sheet and external services. The activities proposed for the maintenance of the most critical machines are proposed based on the manuals, historical data of each equipment, quantitative criticality analysis and the modal analysis of failures and effects, better known as AMFE, with which the critical components are obtained. On the other hand, a machine is chosen for the calculation and implementation of the overall effectiveness of the equipment, for which an Excel format is made to facilitate the calculations and interpretations thereof. The same that will serve as a pilot test to be applied to the rest of the machines if required by senior management. All maintenance activities are organized and classified in the range, to later translate them into the annual maintenance plan. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2021-01) Cruz Córdova, Marcelo Santiago; López Velástegui, Jorge EnriqueFor the preparation of this technical project, an analysis of the milk and yogurt packaging and pasteurization line was carried out, verifying the current state of each of the equipment, the production times and the type of maintenance that is used. In the development of Total Productive Maintenance, the necessary steps to carry out the implementation are described, such as: the diagnosis of the current situation, inventory of machines and equipment, a model TPM plan, training through information campaigns, detailing the tools and procedures used at its different levels. Besides this, the AMFE (Failure Mode Analysis) was carried out, culminating with the maintenance ranges according to the needs of each team. It should be noted that a tagging was also carried out in which the operator’s jobs were better organized through the relocation, elimination or cleaning of elements. All this was done based on the needs of the company “El Ranchito” to carry out maintenance that involves both machinery and operators, with the sole objective of improving production in terms of time and product quality.Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento en el subproceso de molienda en La Industria Harinera S. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2020-09) Chiguano Allauca, Wilmer Wladimir; López Velástegui, Jorge EnriqueThe purpose of this technical project was to introduce the philosophy of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in the company La Industria Harinera SA, for which, 11 of the 12 necessary steps were carried out that are established by the JIMP (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance ) in the milling sub-process, which is the most critical of the whole flour-making process. This project established all the necessary parameters for the functional implementation of the philosophy, which are presented in a master plan for the 5 S, autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, predictive maintenance and quality maintenance. This allowed them to be applied in the other sub-processes that the company owns, in the future if senior management so has it. The activities proposed for the planned maintenance in the B1 grinding bench were proposed based on the calculation of the maintenance indicators MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repairs), these provided important data to perform the OEE calculation. (Global Effectiveness of Equipment) and thus allowed to make maintenance decisions that improve the performance of the equipment and the activities proposed for predictive maintenance, was based on recognizing with the TPM group the best predictive method that fits the parameters of the machine to be carried out maintenance.
