    Actividad laboral y dinámica familiar en los empleados en modalidad de teletrabajo

    This research about the work activity and family dynamics in employees in teleworking modality is posed due to the increase of workers under the virtual modality that takes place in the home of the person, especially for the health situation that was experienced by the pandemic of Covid-19, is to say, in a same space the worker had to assume family and job roles. The main aim was to determine the incidence of the work activity of telework modality in the family dynamics of the workers of Patronato Provincial de Servicio Social de Pastaza, for it, a quantitative methodology was used with a correlational and descriptive reach, through the use of two validated and reliable polls, in addition the population in study was 80 workers of the before mentioned institution who was in telework during the pandemic of Covid-19. In accordance with the results obtained, there is incidence of work activity in the family dynamics, in addition, 45% of teleworkers perceived overload of work tasks, headaches, irritability, however, they fulfilled on time their activities and work goals. On the other side, 45% of polled have a chaotic-related family dynamic established by familiar cohesion and adaptability dimensions. Therefore, the proposal was to design an intervention plan from Social Work, composed with three stages, using the case study with the systemic model to improve the family dynamics and increase the work well-being of workers.

    Condiciones de vida de madres jóvenes y su actividad laboral

    This research work is carried out in order to determine the relationship between the living conditions of young mothers who are part of the Career of Social Work of the Technical University of Ambato and their work activity, know what are the possible causes and consequences and how they unfold within the family, work and educational environment. The statistics of young women who are unemployed in the world and in Ecuador are high, as well as a significant number of women who are in the informal sector and who do not have all the benefits of the law and women who are within unpaid household work. It was considered important to take into account the variables of living conditions and work activity since they are indispensable factors in the development of a young woman within the community. The information collected was obtained through the application of a structured survey applied to the 36 young mothers belonging to the Social Work career. This questionnaire is based on WHOQOL-100 and Q-Labors 56 validated instruments for the evaluation of living conditions and quality of life at work respectively, the results obtained have been analyzed for the verification of the hypothesis. The results achieved have indicated that there is a relationship between the living conditions and work activity of a young mother due to factors such as the satisfaction of basic needs.

    Inclusión social en relación a la contratación de las personas con discapacidad en las instituciones públicas del Cantón Ambato

    En el presente trabajo se ha podido analizar la relación entre las políticas de inclusión social existentes, con la contratación de las personas que tienen algún nivel de discapacidad, en la ciudad de Ambato, a través de una encuesta a los discapacitados considerados como los afectados por el problema, y los empleados de las empresas públicas, en donde éstos tienen asilo para realizar sus actividades laborales. Este trabajo corresponde a una investigación exploratoria, realizada para familiarizarse con el objeto de estudio, en la que se describen las características sensibles de cada una de las variables por medio del método critico-propositivo, en los que participarían todos los involucrados por el problema, se llegó a notar que los organismos públicos no dan preferencia a las personas con discapacidad (31%), el 21% de discapacitados no tiene fácil acceso a servicios de salud, las políticas públicas actuales no favorecen la inclusión de las personas que tienen capacidades especiales (22%), el 84% de estas personas desconoce el alcance de las políticas actuales de inclusión social, 72% ni siquiera sabe que existan programas de inclusión social para discapacitados ni conoce instituciones encargadas (57%), el 16% opina que la inclusión en las instituciones públicas no se respeta. Los organismos públicos no dan preferencia a las personas con discapacidad (31%), no existe inclusión social (16%), no es fácil encontrar empleo en condición de discapacitado (51%), tampoco mantenerlo (35%), el 85% no ha recibido capacitación en el área laboral, no se enfatiza la necesidad de contratar personas discapacitadas (16.7%). Para el 33.3% el tipo de discapacidad no es determinante para una contratación. La propuesta generada para solucionar el problema, consiste en un plan de difusión de las políticas de inclusión social y sus sanciones como parte de la gestión de las instituciones del estado.
