According to the researchers of this test they suggest that this age is considered suitable for timely learning and review of deficiencies in children and possible causes of because deficiencies are generated. The methodology used was qualitative analytical and quantitative observational, through the first one obtained theoretical information of scientific recognition of the journals: Redalyc and scielo, to observe the study variables with the respective analysis and the second: numerical data was obtained to handle objective information, because relevant information was used the statistical program of Spss, to manage the information and this program allowed to correlate the variables of phonological stimulation and auditory discrimination. Finally, after analyzing the results where it was observed that boys have a higher percentage of hearing discrimination than girls, a support program called "Phonological Stimulation and Hearing Discrimination Program" was created, which is divided into 4 parts: phonological discrimination in words, auditory sequential memory, discrimination of sounds of the medium and discrimination figure - background each is divided into 2 subactivities for greater learning. Dra. Esp., CarolinaIntroduction: children's psychomotor development is essential for future performance, especially within the first year of life, where the greatest number of interneuronal connections is made; the problem of this research refers to nursing mothers' care styles and their relationship with psychomotor development in children under six months. Methodology: quantitative, analytical, prospective research; in the Early Stimulation area of the Saquisilí Type C Health Center with nursing mothers of children under six months of age who received breastfeeding. It was applied: a. An instrument, PART A, informative and demographic data (age of mother and child) and PART B, 12 questions that assess knowledge about breastfeeding (benefits, duration of breastfeeding and each feeding, conditions to offer good breastfeeding, importance of colostrum, preservation of milked milk, rights to fulfill breastfeeding). b. The DENVER II Test: for the evaluation of the development of children under 6 months. The statistical system SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 21.0 for Windows in Spanish was used, using measures of central tendency and distribution. Results: 60% of the mothers are between 18 and 25 years old, 53.3% are from urban areas, with good marks regarding the care of children and xii 60% of the children have normal development. Conclusions: Children under six months fed with breastfeeding, have a normal development; only a small percentage showed abnormal development. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about breastfeeding and the psychomotor development of children. It is necessary to have a guide on the technique of breastfeeding and stimulating the development of children.Item Programa educativo para desarrollar competencias parentales y autonomía en menores de cinco años mediante talleres de juegos dirigidos a padres.(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2021-03-01) Vera Llerena, Regina Maricela Lcda.; Lara Salazar, Cristina Mariela Mg.The present investigation with the name, evaluating the autonomy of children under five years of age and parental competences, helps in the early detection of comprehensive developmental delays in children. The autonomy of infants leaves great benefits within the social area; they are children capable of fulfilling their responsibilities, they can selfregulate, they are persevering. It proposes as an objective: to design an educational program to develop parental skills and autonomy in children under five years of age, in reference to the methodology, a study with a quantitative, analytical, prospective approach was developed in which 33 children in the age range of 0 to 5 years and 33 parents, in which the level of autonomy and parental skills could be determined. In the conclusions it is determined that more than 50% of children are in the lap of the development of autonomy, the ranges evaluated were four, among them we have; 25 months to one day before turning 30 months, from 30 months to one day before turning 37 months, from 37 months to one day before turning 49 months, from 49 months to one day before turning 60 months. The positive parenting test applied to 33 parents within two age ranges of 0-3 years and 3-7 years, allows to show that more than 50% have difficulty exercising bonding and protective competences, it is established that children who They show a lapse in the development of autonomy in the same way with the same percentage of parents who have difficulty in exercising parental competencies within the four areas of parental competencies; linking, protective, reflective and formative, applying the Pearson correlation test it is verified that the two study variables have correlation. Given the results obtained, it is considered important to propose an educational program to stimulate parental skills and autonomy in children under five years of ageItem La estimulación musical en el desarrollo de niños prematuros(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2021-03-01) Guevara Arroba, Laura Daniela Lic.; Troya. Lic. Mg, Elsa VerónicaMusical stimulation is a tool that helps to develop capacities and skills especially in the premature population, when studied from the neurological perspective, it is a strategy that stimulates and integrates neuronal pathways to create connections through musical stimuli acting on the organization of behavior, behavioral change and learning. The main objective of the research is to determine the development of premature children and its relationship with prenatal and natal risk factors and being a study with a quantitative, prospective analytical approach, it was given from an initial evaluation carried out through the Denver II test whose results dictated a presumptive diagnosis Abnormal with 53.6% and a presumptive diagnosis with 6.7%. By means of this result, the Musical Stimulation Guide was created, which was delivered and should be applied by the representatives of the 30 premature children from 0 to 2 years old of the Early Attention Center of the Technical University of Ambato who participated in the research project. This research could not be expanded because of the sanitary emergency due to Covit-19 through decree 1074 issued by the President of the Republic, Mr. Lenin Moreno.Item Terapias neuromotoras para la recuperación de la motricidad fina en niños de 2 a 5 años.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de Posgrados, 2021-03-01) Auquilla Ordóñez, Elsa Carolina Lic.; Reales Chacón, Lisbeth Josefina Dra PhD.In this research a study quantitative performed experimental quasi intervention, because the treatment information is related to variables numerical scale prospectively performed for a certain time because the independent variable is manipulated therapeutic procedures set neuromotor according to the preoperational needs of fine motor skills in 50 boys and girls between 2 and 5 years of age who attend the early stimulation area of the “Alfonso Villagómez Román” Pediatric Hospital of the city of Riobamba with evaluations before and after the intervention. In the methodology, analytical research, prospective design and characterization of the variables were applied along with their dimensions; the sampling was probabilistic, 30 infants were integrated; 5% margin of error and 95% reliability were used in the selection; the information was collected using the orofacial dysfunction detection observation sheet and the articulation test for pronunciation (TAR). It is concluded that infants present difficulty in the pronunciation of phonemes presented in initial syllable; while two have mouth breather syndrome; two infants show immature sucking, one infant shows impaired swallowing; 70% are diagnosed with language disorders. That is, there is a need to employ intervention strategies that reduce the alterations and facilitate their treatment. Mg.Adolescent motherhood is a problem that has been present for many years but currently has reached a representative number of mothers who at an early age have experienced a significant life change in each of them, that is why the research was carried out under the Topic: Application of a methodological guide with adolescent mothers to strengthen the social development of children aged 1 to 3 years, in which the main objective was to describe the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescent mothers about the social development of children from 1 to 3 years of age for the elaboration of a methodological guide. The research was carried out in the Patronato de Accion Social Píllaro with the collaboration of the GAD Municipal Santiago de Píllaro. This research is directly focused on working with adolescent mothers that allow them, through the application of a methodological guide, to strengthen the social development of their children, considering that motherhood is difficult in both adult and adolescent women. To collect the information, we had the appropriate tools for the effect, such as the tests called the MotherChild Relationship Attitudes Scale and the Abbreviated Development Scale test (EAD-1). Those that were applied to 30 adolescent mothers and their sons and daughters attending the Board. The conclusions reached indicate that a better social development of children from 1 to 3 years of age is favored with the adequate knowledge and positive attitude of adolescent mothers towards their children, in addition to that the majority of observed boys and girls have a medium-high level of social development, evidencing adequate social development of the same, it was also found that as the demographic characteristics of adolescent mothers are better, the social development of their children will be greater. PhDThe language problem has a high persistence over time, which is why it is considered one of the most frequent oral communication problems in children from 3 to 7 years old, affecting various areas of learning. It is because of these disorders that the present study was carried out under the theme: Use of ICT to improve articulatory language skills in children from 3 to 5 years old with dyslalias. The general objective was to describe the articulatory skills with the application of tests to children from 3 to 5 years of age with dyslalia to determine its relationship with demographic characteristics. The research was carried out at the “Hola Terapia de Lenguaje” clinic located in the “España” neighborhood in the city of Ambato. At present, the use of ICT is of great importance, it is for this reason that in this research the use of Prelingua and Visual Studio C # programs was proposed, with which the respective treatments can be carried out to solve speech problems, in children with dyslalia. The ELAr Joint Logopedic Exam was also applied. The study population was the children who attended the clinic, from which a sample of 30 children was taken, to whom the ELA-r test was applied, which showed that the articulatory ability that most occurs is substitution, in addition to children who present substitution and omission at the same time, language disorders were also determined in children. Children from 3 to 5 years of age are dyslalia, substitution, omission, inversion, distortion and addition, they are also related to demographic characteristics and their family environment. Due to the results obtained, it was proposed to carry out a Guide for the use of Tics Prelingua and Visual Studio C # programs to improve articulatory language skills in children from 3 to 5 years old with dyslalias.
